Trendy Tuesday: Hair Wrap

With the warmer weather, hair styles can become lazy, crazy or let’s face it a bit boring. It’s half way through the summer and if you’re looking for a great way to update your look start with something on the top of your head, a hair wrap. Hair wraps come in a variety of styles, fabrics, and price points, and can be worn in so many different ways! Read on to see how to add this fun accessory to your summer wardrobe.

Outfit Number One: Rockabilly

Get the Look!

Nothing is more fun in the summer time, than a bit of a retro look. I personally have been wearing my saddleshoes all summer long, and have been looking for outfits to wear them with! Starting with a pair of black high waisted shorts, add a denim shirt, saddle shoes, and top it off with a red hair wrap!

Outfit Number Two: Down to Earth

Get the Look!

To bring out a bit of comfort and style, try this look featuring a yellow hair wrap, a black maxi dress, and bohemian stuyle accessories. This look would be perfect for a back yard BBQ, music festival or a fun first date!

Outfit Number Three:

Get the Look!

This last outfit is a bit different in the rest, as it features a floral crown as opposed to a cloth hair wrap. The floral crown would be worn in the same way as a hair wrap, but I think it is the statement piece of a look as opposed to just adding to it. To compliment this hair wrap, start with a gray maxi dress, and layer it with a lace top. For accessories stick to brown leather sandals, and a messenger bag.
